FULL-SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS:

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

We schedule a 1-hour meeting (in-person, phone, or video) to discuss your project’s scope, timeline, budget, style preferences, and our design process.

2. INFORMATION GATHERING

We collect details about your lifestyle, ergonomic, aesthetic, flow, function, and entertainment needs via a questionnaire and inspiration images. As-built drawings may be provided by you (if available and necessary) or we can take site measurements and draft as-built drawings for reference throughout the project.

3. SPACE PLANNING

We draft preliminary layouts and elevations to establish the function, flow, and general design of each space based on your needs and our recommendations.

4. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

We create visual concept boards showcasing the overall look and feel, refining them with your input to align with your vision.

5. DETAILED DESIGN

Comprehensive drawings, elevations, and optional 3D renderings are provided, including product options for finishes, fixtures, and accessories, with three curated choices for each.

6. PERMIT DRAWINGS AND/OR CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

We incorporate your feedback into permit or construction drawings for contractor bids and/or permit submissions.

7. PURCHASING

Our team handles the procurement and coordination of decorative elements (including decorative light fixtures, cabinet hardware, door hardware, accessories, wallpaper, etc.) while contractors order construction materials.

8. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

We collaborate with contractors, answer questions, approve shop drawings, and oversee installations to ensure your design vision comes to life seamlessly.
